Nene Packaging Commissions Shark Grapo Digital 4 Colour Flatbed Press and High Speed Eterna Diecutter

Nene Packaging has just invested on the print side of the business with the introduction of a Shark Grapo Digital 4 colour flatbed press.

Retro fitted to suit corrugated board on a continuous feed with a 2,000mm width and any length.

With the multi-use ink formulation it can print on paper, corrugated, plastics, PVC and even wood, glass and ceramics!

300 DPI print from 8 print heads.

We have also invested in a new high speed Eterna diecutter to compliment existing diecutting capabilities.

The run speed is between 2500/3000 sheets per hour with an auto strip capability.

This is suitable for runs of 1,000 sheets upwards, capabable of all fluted corrugated from N Flute to EB/BC Flute.

We continue to improve productivity with investment on new machinery.
